Sowell on partial birth abortion

Thomas Sowell's latest on Townhall is highly effective in pointing out liberals euphemistic approach to the partial birth abortion travesty. A federal judge in California ruled against the federal government in Planned Parenthood's challenge to the statutory ban on the procedure enacted recently. Hopefully the case will proceed along in the appellate process and present the Supreme Court with an opportunity to revisit the Stenberg decision.
